I had suffered 2 lower back disc herniations that resulted in nerve pain radiating down my left leg. After attempting to do physical therapy, where a therapist had pulled on my hip making my pain substantially worse all over my lower back and leg that caused my spine to go severely crooked while still experiencing sciatica. At this point I halfway through my full treatment, but I have already made incredible progress! My spine is almost back straight and all of my sciatica pain in my leg is gone.
